The Town of Potsdam could find temporary office space at the vacant Dealmaker Honda building on Maple Street. Ample floor area and ample parking, handicapped accessible, easy to move into, and it is in an area free from traffic congestion. Also the Town could save on the cash rent by granting Dealmaker Honda a credit on the unpaid taxes. Town vehicles could be repaired there also.
