How many people have called the hospital, a clinic, or a doctor's office and had to leave a message because these places don't answer the phone any more? How many times has it been urgent in nature but either your call didn't get returned or it took several hours to get a return call? I've had this happen so many times recently that I have lost count. I waited 7 hours one day for a return call only to be told to go to Urgent Care or the ER because they didn't have any openings and the doctor was out of town. People deserve better treatment then what todays health care System is providing.
