I would just like remind pedestrians in the Garfield, Outer Main, Old Potsdam-Parishville, and Perrin Road vicinity to pay attention to the basic pedestrian safety rules you learned in elementary school such as: walk facing traffic, walk single file, and wear visible clothing. These are 55 mph highways with lots of car traffic. So many of the pedestrians seem to think they are taking a nice stroll in the country and walk three abreast with their backs to traffic not paying attention. Please take care.
