The Town of Potsdam Board has $12,000 to waste on a fancy radar gun to police taxpayers on Town roads, which by the way should be the responsibility of the NYS State Police and County Sheriff Department, not the Town Highway Department. But not a penny raise for the lifeguards at Postwood Park – who provide a valuable and life saving service to the taxpayers in the Town of Potsdam. Shame on you Town of Potsdam Board for not paying the State of New York’s minimum wage. Kudos to the lifeguards who walked out due to the injustice inflicted on them.
