In response to Assemblywoman Russell’s suggested state report for childcare, I say it is time that people realize that having children is a privilege; not a right. If you cannot adequately support a child emotionally and financially, then use birth control. I’m tired of people embracing the privilege and rewards of parenthood while they abdicate their responsibilities.
