I saw the photo of the owl and read the article and am sure I’ve seen it too. I was driving along 131 from Alcoa to the stop sign where you turn either to go to the St. Lawrence Centre mall or to the locks. He was sitting in a tree on that corner. I stopped to take a photo with my phone which didn’t turn out very good. When I saw this photo, my immediate reaction was “there’s an owl just like the one I saw!”
