I wonder if the village could invoke the “no indoor furniture outside” rule for Hank Robar’s toilets? I think that toilets could certainly qualify as “indoor furniture”! Maybe if the village is not courageous enough to stand up to him using the “no inside furniture outside” angle, we may be able to start a “grassroots” campaign by encouraging village residents to each take some item of “inside furniture” that they really can afford to sacrifice to the elements, tape a couple of plastic flowers to it, put it outside and call it whatever he calls the toilets. Doesn’t he call them “free speech art displays” or some other such nonsense? Maybe if all of a sudden the whole village has something like that in every front yard, they will get creative about enacting a law forbidding such nonsense. Just a thought.
