Regarding late Tax forms--Form 1040 was available online on Dec. 3, but many of the other forms and instructions were not available until the first week in January. The NYS forms were not available until about the second week in January. The forms are posted in PDF files and are the same forms that are sent. Having the forms online makes it easy to download and print them. Libraries could download the forms and instructions for reference. The forms needed could be printed. One would not need the entire instruction booklet printed. Select key pages could be printed while reading it at the library. I am sure that there is someone who would be glad to help in printing the forms needed, when they become available. Also the forms are made available on CD, which organizations are able display on their own systems.
