OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg woman was charged Tuesday following a shoplifting incident first reported to state poise June 19.
Melinda S. Geddes, 29, was reportedly charged with petit larceny at 2:15 p.m. at the police station, 410 Cedar St.
She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date, trooper said.
