No one obeys the laws from speeders, jay walkers, bicyclists, walkers and skate boarders. The speed limit is 30 in the village; not 40 or 50 mph and that applies to everyone including those that drive below the speed limit. If people get tickets for speeding, then they should get a ticket for going too slow as well. They are more hazardous than speeders. New crossing lights were put at the intersection of Market/Cherry/Grove Streets, but no one uses them. I have almost hit three people because they ride their bikes or walk across Cherry and Grove without looking or using the crossing light. Open your eyes people and pay attention to your surroundings and obey the traffic laws!
