There are many things to enjoy and even be proud of in the North Country. A Confederate flag snapping in the breeze in someone’s front yard is not one. One can only guess why these people chose to display this emblem of slavery, treason, and racial hatred. I could add ignorance to the list, but that would be giving the benefit of the doubt. Give me toilet gardens, any time.
