I live on Route 56, and I hear the plow truck going by, blade down, scraping blacktop, not a drop of snow happening, none on the road! Maybe our state wouldn’t be in debt so bad, if the DOT didn’t feel the need to use up all the money in their yearly budget. Not to mention overtime, if the state would hire people for only 40 hours, maybe have two or three shifts, it would save our state money.
