I live in a small neighborhood and have extremely noisy neighbors. While I recognize it is summer and we need to enjoy the weather outside while we can, I find it difficult to enjoy the “privacy” of my own back yard and put my own children to bed while my neighbors sit, drink, and let their kids scream and run through the streets past 10 p.m. most nights. Some of us, while we also enjoy outdoor socializing and the benefits of neighborhood living, have small children and early morning jobs that would benefit from a little consideration, and perhaps a fence or two.
