It amazes me when I read the classifieds on rentals. I can understand not wanting smokers but pets? What has happened to northern New York? We are retired and have a 15-pound, house broken friendly dog and would like to rent a ranch style home with everything on one floor but you can’t find one in St. Lawrence County. We will continue to look regardless of the negative ads. In case you landlords have not noticed most kids are far more destructive than trained pets.
