The front page article "CPH Parking Tough On Neighborhood" which ran in the Sept. 22-29 issue of North Country This Week regarding parking on Waverly Street really made a difference. Not! They are still parking on both sides of the street. Only one car could get through at a time. Our village officials really make a difference and try to help the people who elect them and pay taxes. How difficult would it be to put up a sign for no parking?
