Most of us are guilty of damaging our roads and throwing litter out of car windows, but when we are caught littering we have to pay a fine. Are the Amish given a fine for their horses leaving droppings along our roads? Horse and buggy rides are very common in big cities, but they wear leather bun bags so the droppings are not all over the roads...lets face it littering is littering.
