I agree with the Sound Off (“Why No News on Murder?” Nov. 30-Dec. 6) writing about why there has been no news on the murder of the young boy. Of course we know there is an investigation going on but why wouldn’t law enforcement just put out a statement weekly or every two weeks saying ‘Yes, we are continuing the investigation and we will find out who did this.’ Why can’t they just say something instead of leaving such a void of such a traumatic event?
