FINE -- Two Newton Falls men were charged Tuesday morning following a shoplifting complaint first reported to state police June 28.
Joaquin J. Croker, 19, and Robert J. Strathmann, 21, were each charged with petit larceny at 10:15 a.m. at 744 County Road 60 in Clifton, troopers said.
They were released on appearance tickets returnable to court at a later date, police said.
