To The Good People Of Potsdam, Please, please cross your i’s and dot your t’s before signing any paperwork with hotel developers. I don’t know who these folks are. Do you? What Potsdam needs is a chain hotel, ie, Holiday Inn, Best Western, etc… A decent hotel in our beautiful town would be an asset for us, and the hotel. Our town needs the tax revenue. We do not need another “non profit” not paying property taxes. By the way, is a developer a builder or owner, perhaps just a middle “guy” Sounds like a sales job to me.
