No permits doe permits in the North Country is mind-boggling. How the DMP thinks that there are not enough deer to manage up here while in the Village of Potsdam here has its own herd that runs around at night eating from bird feeder to feeder. Go just outside the village toward Parishville and a deer at any given night ends up on the hood of your car, it is the same all over the North Country. We need permits.
