Now that we are at 100 percent assessed in Colton, and many of the taxpayers who live along the river get no services for the tax increase, mainly roads. If our property is worth more, the town should improve our roads to make the increase taxes worth the cost (roads to river front property). All town roads should be maintained by our town.
