This is in response to the comment left by the person who is very deeply concerned with the frivolity of the moose discussion last week (North Country Now Survey, Oct. 12-18). First, if you really and strongly feel that intellectual credibility is at a premium - next time, please try to make no fewer than five eighth-grade spelling/grammar errors in your “very intelligent” commentary. You’d be taken more seriously if you respected your peers and your audience enough to communicate with them competently. Third, identifying yourself with the Daily Kos identifies you as uninformed and, likely, completely and utterly clueless. Fourth, the moose discussion is fun! It’s one of the better topics over the past years on this forum, which is always good and informative! I’d love to see one of those big rare fellas rooting around someday, and I enjoy reading the accounts of the folks who have. The idea that the NCN forum needs to be “serious” every week is just idiotic.
