Supervisor Gray and our town board seem to think it is okay for CEO Fahd and the Massena Memorial Hospital board to travel our community and businesses spreading their doom-n-gloom forecast for our hospital. Is this traveling circus sanctioned by our elected officials? By last word, our elected officials have not determined the fate of our hospital. Yet, they appear to endorse this biased and unopposed road show. One scheduled to not only extend to the far corners of our community, but to the reservation. To what end? Will these organizations invite opposing viewpoints and presentations? That would be a democratic process – one we expect our elected leaders would follow. Allowing these theatrics to continue is not only non-democratic, but unfair and damaging to our community!
