Considering the historic problems of electrical generation by the dams in Potsdam, I hesitate to want to rely on them for the Microgrid project. Is this going to be another expensive boondoggle for the property owners in the village of Potsdam? Remember the storm of 1998 - CPH was a fully powered glowing beacon of security because of effective planning and electrical upgrades. CPH didn't need a Microgrid then and I doubt that they need it now.
