Listen. If you do not enforce zoning, and by enforce I mean the same rules apply for all. If you don't enforce it, then anybody can open a "dollar store" next to a home, a 24 hour video shop, next to a home or a doctor's office, next to a home.
Homes normally are purchased for the neighborhood, which are zoned.
I for one, pay big taxes for a neighborhood of homes. Doctor or no doctor, it has nothing to do with the so called shortage of doctors up here.
