North Country residents please don’t be fooled by the bullying and mass hysteria driven anti-wind turbine campaign. The wind turbine representatives provide facts and information based on science and logic not “a friend of a friends aunts uncle said” hearsay. The anti-wind turbine folks are doing their best to literally shout down dissenting opinions and information at town meetings and even going so far as to harass land surveyors out “just doing their job.” These intimidation tactics must stop; they lack civility and respect for fellow residents of the area. Oh, and regarding turbines being subsidized, I am pretty sure if you put gas in your car today you just subsidized the oil industry.
