Well great. Another law that caters to the criminal. Yes I agree killing a first responder should be punishable. Not by life in prison but by death. Come on people. Have you looked at the prisons lately? They get a warm place to sleep, big screen TVs, laundry service, free college, rehabilitation services, support groups, and three meals a day. Wake up. They are living better than you and I. In New York crime does pay. Now wonder we are in the shape we are in. Maybe if we treat our criminals a little harsher than we do just maybe delinquents would have second thoughts before they make a horrible choice. What does this say to “Mark”? That we will let someone shoot and kill you. But don’t worry. We’ll take care of them for life. What a slap in the face to “Mark.”
