Who in the world was in charge of “paving” the short portion of Madrid Avenue, just above the Lower Pine intersection? What a mess. This is the kind of thing that is happening today -- cheap, ineffective work, done in a sloppy manner. This has only exaggerated the problem that was occurring on this section of road. What needs to happen to get this fixed properly?
