I wish the state legislators would pass a law that requires motorcycles pass a noise requirement test when they are inspected. This would get rid of the extremely loud obnoxious ear splitting motorcycles. I also call on law enforcement to quit looking the other way when they encounter these excessively loud bikes and bikers as they do now! So, law enforcement, start doing your job.
