For residents of Hopkinton and Parishville who have signed leases: be aware that you have signed a legal agreement with a company that is banking on your lack of legal understanding of the terms of your leases. The turbines will be a daily gigantic reminder of what we all lost, the assault in the forefront of our minds. When your neighbors try to move and can't sell their homes; when they cannot sleep at night, have headaches, and other new illnesses…they will think first of you. You are making this choice for our towns without the consent of your neighbors. You do not have our support, this is being done to us. The argument that one should be allowed to do with their land as they choose is weak and very selfish. It is not too late to change your minds. There are people that can help you make the right choice for our towns.
