If someone is late to work it is no one’s fault but their own. I’m sure there is no penalty for getting to work a little early. If you are late to work because a child was hit on his way to the school bus, who do you blame? Do you blame the child for going to school or maybe the person who attempted to pass a stopped school bus because he didn’t want to be late for work. Grow up, leave for work early.
