I recently spent eight days in Canton-Potsdam Hospital on the third floor with heart issues. I would like to take a moment to applaud the doctors, PA’s, staff nurses, aides, respiratory, housekeeping, lab staff and kitchen staff for the kind and caring folks that they are. I never had anyone come into my room who was negative or short with me. That says a lot about the quality of people who work there. When someone doesn’t feel well, it is a pleasure to be treated with kindness and compassion. I have severe allergies to scents and everyone was very respectful of that. Kudos to the staff at Canton/Potsdam Hospital for making a hard situation much easier and more enjoyable.
