In response to “Horse Poop Not Problem”... I just want to point out the fact that we, as paying customers for these vehicles, do not decide what emissions come out of our exhaust pipe. However, the individual driving the buggy can solve the horse poop problem easily. Also, there are emission tests done yearly on everyone’s vehicles when they get an inspection. Again, vehicle owners cannot control emissions, but buggy owners can control poop.
