In response to the article "Heroin seizures, recoveries in St. Lawrence County jumped nearly 300 percent between 2012 and 2013": That's what's called good progress. I doubt 57 cases is near any high percentage of what's out there though; we still have quite a ways to go. Let's wish them luck in the future and hope they cripple the business and a few perpetrators while they're at it.
