Once again the health department is telling us what we should eat ("Health Department cracks down again: Potsdam Presbyterian's 200th anniversary celebrations modified" online, June 8). Bake sales, church and community dinners have been in place for many years and here they go telling us we cannot bake goods or make dishes in our homes. I do not want to pick on the Amish, but do you inspect their homes for cleanliness and their food preparation to be sold in their roadside stands?
