That rogue, bully, concealed carry patron that shot and killed the perpetrator in a 7-11 should be tried of excessive force. Yes folks, we should declare a state of emergency in New York and have our governor and our St. Lawrence County legislators pass a Hatchet Safe Act in the dark of night! It could include the right to sue the Native American tribe that made the hatchet and or the person who grew the tree that made the handle. Then and only then will I feel protected by our government.
