In response to “Gas Gouging” which appeared in the Sept. 9 -15 issue of North Country This Week: I agree — it is crazy. Why do we have to pay for all the bad that is happening? The ones on fixed incomes have a harder time paying the higher gas prices and the ones who work two minimum wage jobs also. The government is money hungry. They don’t care about the little person at all. They only care about themselves and their pockets. They want us to pay for everything that goes wrong.
