In response to the Ogdensburg woman being Tased in Waddington by Border Patrol: Being a veteran I understand you have to allow some minor infringement of your rights at times to ensure our safety, security and culture. Something the current entitled generation doesn't understand. This person got what she deserves and I hope she accepts responsibility for her actions. Personally I would have arrested her for interference with a police officer and removed her for the area before it escalated. But the officers humored her belligerent attitude until enough was enough. When she failed to comply with officers and they did their job, she decided it was a good idea to assault an officer and received immediate gratification. It might not have been what she was looking for but it was what was required. She has continued to make a mess of her future as her video is available to any job recruiters. I wish her luck and offer a bit of advice, join the military; you will know what your rights versus your safety means.
