I was in Walmart and this guy and his grandson were in line in front of me. When the cashier did his final total, he was $3.50 short. I took out my wallet and handed the cashier the balance. The guy couldn’t thank me enough. My 10-year-old was with me and when we walked out, he said, “Why did you do that?” I said “What is one thing that you have learned about Christmas?” and he said, “It is better to give than receive.” I was so proud of my son at that moment. Pay it forward. Happy New Year everyone.
