Well, considering what the Village of Potsdam did to Mr. Robar when he wanted to put a business on his Market Street property, he is just getting even. Now if they had not done what they did then, there would not be any toilets on the laws of Potsdam. I want to know who did not want Mr. Robar to make a profit on his land.
