Allowing a business to be located across from a school where children are abundant is reckless abandon of common sense. It appears the parking lot would be directly across from the schools entrance and exit and will most likely create distractions for bus drivers and children on foot, and to what means? A couple of jobs and a very small percentage of tax relief for the common taxpayer? It is not worth putting the lives of children in danger. Who wants to be on the way to the Adirondacks, come into a nice rural town and the first thing you see is an ugly yellow Dollar General sign?
