North Country Now, can you possibly get your brains out of the 18th century? The women Knights are 8-0-1 in their last nine games. Run that story on your home page. They didn't lose this weekend, they swept. The men's hockey team? Yes, they are also the Knights. Yes, they lost. They didn't earn the home page, thank you very much. When they do, go ahead and put them there. You highlight men's sports regardless of whether they win or lose. Women's sports are below the men's sports, relegated to the sports page. It is not only archaic, it keeps people's awareness of women's sports in the dark ages. The press could change the number of spectator's at women's sports if they treated them equally with the men.
