In response to Christian Fellowship Center suing the Village of Canton: If it was anyone or anything other than a church, the people in charge would have abided by the zoning laws and found a piece of property in the correct zone. For the CFC it seems that they feel they can do whatsoever and try to change the rules to suit their objectives. I can't grasp how they think they are so special that they need to push this down the throats of Canton taxpayers. Follow the rules and buy property in the correct zone.
