Over six years ago my wife and I moved out of Northern New York to Oklahoma. This past September I returned to visit and, upon returning from Plattsburgh at night I was horrified by the flashing red monsters scattered across the horizon! Were I living in Hopkinton/Parishville I would not want to go out at night and have to put up with that. I know all of the folks who are presently on the town board of Hopkinton and they need to seriously consider the negatives. Money is not everything.
