I always like to see the firework schedule for the North Country...every village has something. So tell me, why are my “neighbors” setting off colossal booms in the town of Massena. This goes on from suppertime on. Pets hate it; doubt the birds and squirrels like it and neither do I. Call the cops and they turn a blind eye. How about the four-wheelers in town ripping up the grass? It is against the law. Call the cops? Turn a blind eye again. Neighbors, the same laws that apply to others apply to you.
