Well, let's not forget the state park where a Border Patrol agent sits 24-7...a lot of criminal activity there. The boat launch in Massena, a lot of terrorism and criminal activity at that spot on the river...just have to keep looking between the ice shacks and fishing poles, at 80 thousand a year. We live in a fear based country, but let's not fund all this, the world is a more dangerous place but seriously, you must have a limit to what needs funding. Too many cops.
