I find it really funny that the only time the elected officials seem to be interested in anyone is around election time. We vote for them and they seem to fade into the woodwork only coming out when it’s time to get votes again. They don’t listen to their constituents and vote their conscience. What happened to how their people would want them to vote? I use the case of gay marriage just recently wrongly put into law by the governor--one big reason to make him a one-term governor. I hope there are other people out there who feel the same about it, and that I’m not alone in this. I know I plan on voting for anyone but the people who held the elderly hostage and that includes the president, threatening not to send our social security. Why not withhold his wages and see how he likes it, overpaid as he is?
