Didn't a young African American experience something similar to that situation in Massena a year or two ago like what happened in Baltimore. I don't believe he died, but of what I vaguely remember, he was slightly ruffed up in front of his girlfriend, arrested, and had his cellphone confiscated. All over an apparently routine traffic violation. I wonder what ever happened with that young man? Was justice ever served? Or did it fall victim to the backlog? What was on that cell phone? A video of the incident? Perhaps. We may never know. As a member of this society as well as a parent, we must pay attention to the end message. The hate must stop…Baltimore, Ferguson, NYC, St. Lawrence County. Please remember to keep race out of the decision making process.
