If you consult the site www.chooseenergy.com or the similar NYS supported site you will find that cost per kwh vary. The range is from as little as six cents to 16 cents per kwh You can chose fixed or varied rates. You can choose green or conventional sources of power. It is in every ones economic interest to select a more competitive supplier.
