In response to “What is Money Spent On?,” I’m quite sure some of that money will help by getting the license plates of offenders and in some places even pictures of the offending drivers. Unlike some, who may claim it’s an invasion of their privacy, I suspect it’s because those complainers don’t want to be caught speeding, cheating at stop lights, and the myriad other things they do. If you don’t want to be caught up in that just stay in your homes and vegetate.
